  • Growth and characterization of nano-materials: Grow nano-materials, including topological nano-materials, superconducting nano-materials and other novel 2-dimensional materials, by means of chemical vapor deposition, vapor transport, etc.

  • Nano-devices and quantum transport: Fabricate quantum devices based on topological materials and investigate their electron transport properties at low temperatures.

  • Scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) & non-contact atomic force microscopy (nc-AFM): Probing the electronic properties of strongly correlated electronic systems, topological nontrivial materials, and artificial designer quantum heterostructures.
