报告摘要:
TiSe2 is a transition metal dichalcogenide well known for its charge-density wave order. In this talk, I will summarize our recent results obtained in TiSe2 nanoflakes. Pronounced negative magnetoresistance was observed in TiSe2 flakes in both parallel and perpendicular magnetic fields at low temperatures. We attribute the observed negative magnetoresistance to the 3D weak localization in TiSe2.
报告人简介:
杨帆,2007年本科毕业于南京大学物理系,2012年于中科院物理所获得博士学位,2012 - 2018 年先后在大阪大学和科隆大学从事博士后研究,2018年至今在天津大学理学院量子交叉研究中心工作。杨帆主要从事量子输运和微纳米量子器件方面的研究。
