报告摘要:
In quantum optics, high-order virtual excitations induced by counter-rotating terms endow light-matter interactions with rich nonlinearity. Focusing on high-order quantum resonances, we investigate their mechanisms, robust control, and applications. Using three-photon resonance and Casimir-Rabi oscillations as examples, we analyze how high-order virtual transitions form resonant coupling via effective Hamiltonians, and validate the conditions with full-model numerical dynamics. To overcome the extreme sensitivity to frequency errors, we propose optimized multi-frequency pulse sequences, significantly broadening the high-fidelity operating region. We show that under proper frequency matching, even in the weak-coupling regime, counter-rotating terms can produce pronounced high-order resonant dynamics. As the order increases, effective coupling weakens and the resonance window narrows, making precise matching and robust control essential, while this sensitivity also provides a resource for quantum precision measurement. For applications, we construct Raman transitions using dressed states and two-frequency driving to convert virtual photons into real photons, and study photon-pair bunching in the dynamical Casimir process. We also apply high-order resonances to frequency and coupling-strength estimation in the quantum Rabi model, driven Kerr resonator, and LMG model, finding enhanced sensitivity. Our research provides theoretical foundations and feasible pathways for practical quantum sensing beyond the standard quantum limit and for robust quantum control.
