报告题目：Generalized Symmetry, Topological Holography and Gapless Phases

报告摘要：

Generalized symmetry has become an important tool for studying phases of matter. In this talk I discuss the theory of gapped and gapless phases with generalized symmetries. I explain how a topological version of holography can be used to analyze the structure of these phases. A special class of phases called gapless SPTs will be introduced; I will describe their classification and their holographic duals.

报告人简介：

Rui Wen is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford. He received his PhD in physics from the University of British Columbia and a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China; his research focuses on generalized symmetries, gapless topological phases, and Symmetry Topological Field Theory (SymTFT).
