报告摘要:
Majorana zero modes (MZMs) are broadly expected as promising building blocks for topological quantum computation, largely owing to the nonlocal nature which can protect the Majorana qubits from decoherence caused by local noises. In this talk I will review our recent efforts on understanding several key issues relevant to Majorana nonlocality, teleportation and cross correlation, including such as self-consistency between the BdG S-matrix scattering approach and quasi-particle occupation-number-states treatment, and origin of the zero-cross correlation at the Majorana uncoupling limit ϵM → 0.

报告人简介:
李新奇,天津大学理学院量子交叉研究中心教授。2004年度“国家杰出青年基金”获得者。1995年中国科学院理论物理研究所获博士学位,相继到比利时Antwerp大学、日本东京大学、香港科技大学做博士后研究。2001年中国科学院“百人计划”学者到中科院半导体研究所工作,任研究员和博士生导师;2008年调北京师范大学工作;2017年调天津大学工作。研究领域主要包括量子输运、量子测量、以及量子信息和量子计算。
