报告摘要:
Kagome lattice compounds have attracted extensive attention since they can host a wide variety of exotic phenomena including charge or spin density wave (SDW/CDW), superconductivity (SC), Weyl magnet, spin liquid, and so on. In addition, these kagome materials provide a novel platform to investigate topological electronic states. Recently, a new family of kagome metals AV3Sb5 (A = K, Rb, or Cs) has been discovered, which show coexistence of CDW, superconductivity and anomalous Hall effect, and attracted a huge attention in the communities of condensed matter physics these days. Here I will summarize our recent results on the crystal growth, characterization and physical properties of this family of compounds.
报告人简介:
王秩伟,2012年于中科院物理研究所获得博士学位,凝聚态物理专业。先后分别在瑞士日内瓦大学、日本大阪大学以及德国科隆大学从事博士后研究,研究方向主要是量子功能材料的晶体生长、新材料探索以及物性研究。2019年3月加入北京理工大学物理学院,任特聘研究员,博导。
