报告摘要:
Perturbative corrections to vacuum black hole (BH) solutions of general relativity (GR) will be considered in an effective field theory (EFT) of gravity framework, first for the Schwarzschild solution. Dominant contributions far away from the horizon will be constructed and summed up in a closed form to all orders. This summation will be proven to converge only for localizable theories establishing thereby a connection with the graviton scattering. Next, corrections induced by the logarithmic form-factors in the 1-loop effective action for GR will be computed. Extensions of this framework to the corrections to other BH solutions in GR, such as the Kerr metric, will be presented.
报告人简介:
Prof. Alexey Koshelev graduated from Moscow State University in 2000 and received his Ph.D. in Theoretical physics from Steklov Mathematical Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences in 2003. He was a postdoc in the University of Crete, the Free University of Brussels, and was a PI (Assistant Professor) in the University of Beira Interior. Since early 2003 he is the Assistant Professor (PI) in ShanghaiTech University. Alexey works on strings, cosmology, black holes and intersection of these areas, and beyond.
