报告摘要:
In this talk, I’ll briefly review the recent progress of magnetic topological materials, including magnetic Weyl semimetals and Axion insulators. Then, I’ll introduce the development of magnetic topological quantum chemistry (MTQC) [1], which have enabled the catalogs of symmetry-indicated topologies in the 1651 Shubnikov space groups. By using the MTQC theory, we have performed a high-throughput calculation and found hundreds of intrinsic magnetic topological materials [2]. Finally, I’ll discuss several new topological phases existing in magnetic space groups and several ideal magnetic topological materials found in the high-throughput calculations.

徐远锋,2019年博士毕业于中科院物理所(导师:戴希,翁红明),目前在德国马普微结构物理所/美国普林斯顿大学从事博士后研究(合作导师:B. Andrei Bernevig)。主要从事拓扑量子材料的理论计算,以及拓扑量子材料中的高通量搜索。已累计在Nature,Nature Physics, Nature Comm., PRX, PRL等期刊上发表十余篇论文。受邀担任PRL, PRB, npj Computational Materials等期刊审稿人。
