报告摘要:

Canonical Feynman integrals are of great interest in the study of scattering amplitudes at the multi-loop level. In this talk, I introduce our recent proposal to construct dlog-form integrals of the hypergeometric type, which satisfy canonical differential equations. In order to relate them to Feynman integrals, I introduce the concept of intersection theory, and use it to project the dlog-form integrals into canonical master integrals. This provides a constructive way to find a basis of Feynman integrals whose differential equations can be solved easily. I present several examples of both maximally cut integrals and uncut ones at one and two loops, and demonstrate the applicability of our method in problems with multiple scales.


报告人简介:杨李林,2007年毕业于北京大学物理学院,随后赴德国美因茨大学和瑞士苏黎世大学做博士后研究。2012年至2019年于北京大学物理学院任研究员。2020年至今于浙江大学物理学系任教授。
