  • Masters degree work 9/1983 - 11/1986 in theoretical high energy physics at the Niels Bohr Institute, Copenhagen, Denmark, supervised by Holger Bech Nielsen. Cand. Scient. degree 11/1986.

  • Ph.D. degree 4/1991 with thesis ’An Experimental Study of Electronic Shell Structure in Large Sodium Clusters’.
